Abstract

Job satisfaction refers to one's moods towards one's career. The level of contentment
employees feels with their job. The job satisfaction intensification organization commitment
will be improved. The output result will be increased.The main objective of this paper is to
analyze the factors that are used to improve one’s job satisfaction level and to find out the
several factors like personal and organizational factors influencing job satisfactionIn this
study, 175 no's of respondents have been taken as sample. Percentage analysis, chi-square
have been integrated for research analysis. The study helped in revealing the level of
satisfaction of employees with reference to the various factors provided in the organization.
The study infers that most of the employees are satisfied with their job and also various
benefits given by the organization
