LANDSLIDE FORMATION ANALYSIS DURING WELL DRILLING

Abstract

The article examines the results of the analysis of the occurred landslide forming during
the drilling of wells: Muynak 1 area (Ustyurt) was laid as a prospecting well with a design
depth of 6200, which did not fulfill its task due to the collapse of rocks; at well 39 Urga
(Ustyurt) during casing cementation pressure suddenly increased, the latter was stuck to the
rock; Kyzylkiya 1 area (Boysun basin) was laid as a prospecting area with a design depth of
4000 m, at a depth of 2760 m the tool was stuck because of the collapse of rock; Kagnisai 2
(Boysun basin) was drilled to a depth of 3648 m; Pamuk 2 area (Beshkent deflection)
uncovered the productive XV stratum at a depth of 2778 m; Alyaudintau 2 area (Beshkent
deflection) should have uncovered the Paleozoic rocks, its depth was designed to be 3800 m.
The analysis shows that the success of drilling works depends on the choice of design and
technology of drilling wells, as well as prevention of complications, which in many
predetermines the understanding of its causes and compliance with the measures taken.
