Abstract

One of the issues that in the last two decades have gained growing attention is the need
and value of educational reforms and improvements. Identifying and understanding the starting
point for this transition and the success drivers of strategic management attracted a lot of
attention. This study aims to investigate the success factors of strategic management in an
educational complex. Strategic management is considered to be implemented in successful and
commercial institutes and businesses, whereas the schools as institutes whose human beings are
their key inputs and outputs are the best choices for strategic management implementation.
Schools' added values are expertise, abilities, and understanding that require purposeful scientific
preparation to translate into a high-performing school. In schools, strategic management affects
their planning, forecasting and handling change. Students should also take advantage of the
potential risks, turn them into opportunities and use all school resources to maximize
opportunities by identifying opportunities for the community. Putting us in a clearly defined role
inspires and motivates workers to carry out their roles and duties clearly.
