Abstract

This paper analyzes business awareness ideas and outlines first of all the nature of market
knowledge, focusing on an analysis of the relevant research into market knowledge. This
suggests that the competence of market knowledge includes three aspects: consumer information
management capacity, professional knowledge management capability and the ability to
integrate internal knowledge. Second, this research analyzes and builds a theoretical model of the
relationship between business awareness expertise and organizational efficiency. This paper has
performed an empirical study to check the pattern. The findings show that the potential for
consumer information management and competitive knowledge management are linked to
internal knowledge convergence and market knowledge has a positive effect in marketing
capability. Marketing skills also play a moderate role in the relationship between market
knowledge and organizational efficiency. The emergence of the age of the knowledge economy
slowly diversifies the demands of consumers and dramatically increases competition in the
market.
