Abstract

The industry's sector is not recent, but was addressed in the 4th century BC, during
Arthashastra. Its type has been redesigned over time requirements for market dynamics.
Company has many distinct advantages over other forms of business, such as ownership /
partnership. It has features such as limited liability, continuous succession, etc. In a legal
sense, an association is a collective of natural and artificial persons and is incorporated into
the law of a country. "Company" means a corporation formed pursuant to this Act or any
prior business law developed pursuant to the Company Act. The subject is under pressure,
there are numerous collaborative publications. In this paper we use a bibliometric approach to
understand the conceptual breadth, depth and development of 29 years of research and
theory, From 1991-2019., the Western and Asian countries are dominant in the number of
papers, with U.K., Germany, U.S., Australia and other leading economies.
