Abstract

This article discusses how SMEs increase their knowledge through learning in business financial management to avoid financial difficulties. By using the basic concepts of capital structure theory and resource-based views through the concept of knowledge management, the mindset of this article is directed to overcome the influence of the concept of entrepreneurial learning to achieve business performance through good business governance. The research respondents were SMEs that were selected using the purposive sampling method and the data analysis used regression analysis. The practical contribution of this research is led to improve and understand good financial management for business actors. Meanwhile, the theoretical contribution is as a control over the inability to fulfill business obligations.
