ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PEDAGOGICAL CONTENT KNOWLEDGE (TPACK) ON INDONESIAN CERTIFIED TEACHER

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 has had many impacts, also in the field of education.
One of which is imperative is that schools should present online learning. In implementing
online learning, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) is an important
factor in the success of the learning. TPACK is the knowledge needed by teachers to integrate
technology into teaching certain content, into a complete package. The purpose of this study
was to analyze the TPACK of elementary school teachers in terms of teacher certificate
ownership. This research is a qualitative research by using survey method. The subject of this
study consisted of 56 elementary school teachers in the district of Bogor, West Java,
Indonesia. This research is a qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection in this
study was carried out by survey techniques using a questionnaire on Wechsler Memory Scale.
Data were analyzed using interactive techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and
drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that teachers who have certified
educators have better Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge abilities than teachers who do not have educator certificates. The average TPACK score for certified teacher is 4.11
while noncertified teacher is 3.81.
