Abstract

  This study aims to know the role of accounting thinking in the face of financial and administrative corruption in Iraq, where financial and administrative corruption is a social problem that threatens all societies, especially Iraq in particular. This problem is related to the human desire to obtain huge material gains by illegal means. This is due to the weakness of the internal control systems from the financial and administrative perspectives, as well as the absence of the role of accounting accountability, and to achieve the objective of the study was used analytical approach, in analyzing the problem of financial and administrative corruption in Iraq, and then Conclusion methods of confrontation through accounting thought, Which was violated by the financial and administrative corruption of the Iraqi economy, resulting in the renaissance and comprehensive economic progress in Iraq.
