Abstract

Generation Y knowledge workers have become an important role in enterprises, but at the same
time, their dimission rate is also a great challenge for enterprises. Thus, it becomes more and
more important for enterprises to understand the Generation Y knowledge employees and their
work values and take corresponding management measures to reduce their dimission rate. The
main purpose of this study is to explore the composition of the work values of the Generation Y
of knowledge employees, so as to analyze the influence of their work values on turnover
intention and provide management Suggestions for enterprise management practice.
